Beautiful and renovated 1 bedroom/1 bath apt with sofa bed, private patio with BBQ, kitchen, and living room. 

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen,  towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex.  

It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. A sofa bed in the living room + a queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge. 
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.

All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message.
The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. 
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
