The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. 
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.
The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. 
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
