2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and a great equipped kitchen.
Located right next to Calle 8, it's a perfect place to get the full experience of Cuban food & culture in Miami.
This apartment is located on the Second floor, so you will need to walk upstairs to access it.
There is fenced-free parking on the premises right next to the apartment.
A shared washer&dryer are available in the building.
$1.50 per wash and $1.00 per dry.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a spacious living space and an open kitchen fully equipped.
The washer&dryer are outside the apartment and shared with other apartments.

Access to the apartment is fully automated, with a smart lock at the apartment door and the main gate with code as well. You will be granted all the instructions 5 days before your check-in date.

Early check-in and late check-out must be coordinated in advance and have extra charges.
Pets are not allowed at this listing.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
