The hotel requires a $250 USD damage deposit, which is returned to the guest after check-out. This is to compensate for any damage inside the establishment's perimeters, not the apartment.

Have in mind
Parking and Resort fees must be paid at the property on arrival* (not included in the rate)

- Resort fee: USD 40 per day + taxes
- Every Non-Registered Guest is $50 Daily.

- SHIPPING: It costs $5 USD (between 8am and 4 pm) and $25 USD (after 4 pm). you must also present yourself with an ID to retrieve the package(s).

- Valet parking pricing goes as follows:
1 - 7 Days: $35 Per Day.
8 Days and on: $30 per Day.

- Smoking is not allowed ($200 fee)
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Any damages done to the apartment will be charged to the tenant.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
