Spacious and beautiful apartment fully equipped in an excellent location to experience Miami like a local. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
1 bedroom with 1 full bathroom and a big equipped kitchen.
Cozy Living room with big TV, a sofa to relax. 
Located just blocks away from Brickell City Center, it's a perfect place for travelers that are looking a for centric location in Miami. 
This unit is located on the first floor, stairs are needed to access it.
Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

The apartment is very spacious for 2 and even 3 guests. It has a really big and fully equipped kitchen with all elements you need to cook. The living room is big and with a nice TV. 
You will need to climb stairs to access the unit that is located on the first floor. 
Pets are not allowed in this unit.
The access to the house is through a smart lock, so check-in and check-out are seamless.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
