Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer.

You will need to climb the outdoor stairs to access the unit that is located on the first floor.  Access is through the terrace.
The house has a smart lock, so check-in and check-out are seamless. We will grant you a unique code 3 days before check-in with detailed instructions for you to get in.
Pets are not allowed in this unit.
There are 3 security cameras located at the 3 different accesses of the house.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. 
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
