The Host: Manuel was always professional and communicative. He delivered very specific check-in/out procedures prior to arrival, and was genuinely receptive to my space improvement ‘suggestions’ after we checked out.
The Space: Seemingly, we were the first Airbnb guests to occupy the space. Everything was clean, neat and orderly. One assigned parking space (in a gated lot) and keyless entry made the self-check-in process a breeze. Both bedrooms were spacious w/ plenty of closet space, but only one bedroom (the master) was outfitted with a wall mounted television. The open concept living space, which also contains a wall mounted television, and kitchen are bright and airy. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. were all provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower w/ sliding glass doors, and plenty of towels were provided for a 5-day stay.
The Neighborhood: Having stayed in Little Havana on a previous trip, I was familiar w/ the location. Great walking score, as restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and green spaces are all in close proximity and/or a quick trip by car.
