The apartment is very spacious for 2 or even 3 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the elements you need to cook. 
The living room is big and with a nice TV. 
Sofa cama is available in the living room. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use it so we can prepare it for you.

The parking lot is available on the premises, one space per apartment.

The access to the house is through a smart lock, so check-in and check-out are seamless. The main door is with regular key, instructions will be handed by inbox prior to check-in.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
