The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with an individual bed. A sofa bed is available in the living room & a smart TV(please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.
The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD. This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
