An authentic apartment with a great location.  Located in Coral Gabels, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami. 

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, washer&dryer, linen,  towels, etc. 

Parking spot available on premises.

6-month contract only

The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. 
Queen bed in the main bedroom + full bed in second bedroom + sofa bed in the living room.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge. 
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
