The apartment is equipped with two full bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, and plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart TVs, and shared washer and dryer outside the apartment.
We only take 1-week minimum stay reservations. Ideal apartment for a family trip. We are strict with a non-smoking environment in the apartment and balcony and we do not allow loud noises after 10:00 pm.
Pets are not allowed at the building.
There's free parking on the premises, we will provide you with the parking number for the unit, no valet parking.
We will send you check-in instructions over email messages, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
