Bay Harbor Island is an awesome place. It's very family oriented, safe and quiet at night. While I would come back to BHI, I will likely book for a different Air BnB. You loose so much vacation time with a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. Those are absurd times. In addition the host schedules random exterior maintenance during your stay. Strangers knocking on your door asking to enter the premises is full sketch. Then the host texting you at almost 10pm asking you to let someone into the unit is a sign of incompetent hosting. On top of that whomever is managing the unit has neglected so much maintenance it's not a safe place to bring your kids. The lights are shorted out and flickering in the second bedroom, kitchen chairs are broken, bathroom fixtures are falling off, mold in the washer, broken trash cans, and the list goes on. It's a shame the unit is in such disrepair. Love Bay Harbor Island, the unit is not worth what I paid.
