The apartment is equipped with two full baths, two spacious bedrooms, and plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart TVs, and shared washer and dryer outside the apartment.
Check-in: between 4 pm and 9 pm.
Check-out: 10 am.
We only take 1-week minimum stay reservations. Ideal apartment for a family trip. We are strict with a non-smoking environment in the apartment and balcony and we do not allow loud noises after 10:00 pm.
Pets are not allowed at the building.
There's free parking on the premises, we will provide you with the parking number for the unit, no valet parking.
We will provide de guest with an FOB and a washer and dryer card to use in the laundry.
Price for FOB loss: $200.
Price for washer and dryer card loss: $50.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
