Things to know:
- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 per apartment.
- Pets are not allowed in the unit.
- Valet Parking: $100 per week, $125 USD for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, $150 for a month.  
- There's no package reception. 

The apartment includes beach chairs and an umbrella.

All tenants must register their full names at the front desk before entering. After check-in, the guest will receive a smart lock code and fobs. 

If you require a Crib, please let us know when you book, since it's subject to availability. Please note we do not provide blankets for the crib.

If a fob is lost, a replacement costs an extra $100 per fob.
