Beautiful apartment on The Tides! With a nice sea-view balcony, and fully renovated and equipped with all you need for your vacations! High-speed wifi, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed.

Big and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for 4 guests (max 5). Washer and Dryer shared in the floor (located in front of the elevator).

Tides Amenities: Pool, GYM, valet parking, mini market, bar.

The Beach Service has been momentarily suspended. In the meantime, the administration has set chairs and umbrellas in the pool areas.

Things to have in mind:
- FOB charge: A one-time payment of $30 USD.
FOB Administration Hour Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm.

- Valet Parking:
1 week: $75 USD
2 weeks: $100 USD
3 weeks: $125 USD
4 weeks: $150 USD
Daily parking: $ 10 USD
Nocturnal parking: $ 20 USD
