Perfect for 3 or 4 people. It has a comfortable space and a full kitchen! You have access to a pool, gym, and beautiful beaches.
The washing machine is located on each floor. A card is left in the room that is recharged at the front desk to use the service.
Wash/dry= $1.75 USD each. The card can be loaded with a minimum of $5 USD.
It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.
Please note:
- FOB Charge: One-time payment of $30 for every 2 adults in the building that allows you to use amenities.
- No pets allowed.
- Valet parking: 10 per day (or $170 monthly).
- Package: Front desk charges 5$ per package sent by Amazon.
- Early check-in and late check-out, if available, have an extra fee.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
