Beautiful and newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen on the 9th floor of a very contemporary building in the heart of Miami.

The building My Brickell is located in Downtown Miami and is full of amenities: pool, GYM, playroom, terrace, bar, one free parking spot and more. Washer Dryer in the apartment.

Minimum 1-month contract.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
