Ground-level fully newly renovated studio! It has a new kitchen fully equipped.

Towels, shampoo, and soap provided. No daily cleaning.

Free street parking! House remodeled for rentals with 1 Smart TV (not cable) and WiFi.

Located in Little Havana, close to everything and 2 blocks away from the Miami River. Located in an up-and-coming hip neighborhood.

Things to know:
- Early check-in and late check-outs if available have extra charges.
- A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.
- Washer and dryer are available at the property
- Parties are not allowed and, please, respect sleeping hours after 10 pm :)
- No smoking
- A Sofa bed in the living room + a queen bed in the bedroom (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).
- The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. 
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.

There is a great variety of art galleries, restaurants, and area clubs with live Latin music, including Calle Ocho, characterized by its street life, restaurants, music, and other cultural activities.

Also, it is less than 2 miles away from Downtown Miami and 4 miles to Hobie Island Beach Park.

You can also visit Miami Beach, located 6 miles away.
