Perfect for 4 people. Has a comfortable space and a full kitchen!
You have access to a pool, gym, and the beach.

Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Please note:
- FOB Charge: One-time payment of $30 for every 2 adults in the building that allows you to use amenities.
- No pets allowed.
- Valet parking: 10 per day (or $170 monthly).
- Package: Front desk charges 5$ per package sent by Amazon.

- Early check-in and late check-out, if available, have an extra fee.
- The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required.
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

The washing machine is located in the lobby. A card is left in the room that is recharged at the front desk to use the service.
Wash/dry= $1.75 USD each. The card can be loaded with a minimum of $5 USD.

The building is located 4 miles away from Aventura and 3 miles from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk with over 50 restaurants, 30 shops & 3 parks that line this historic old-timey vibe.
