Located in the building of Costa Hollywood with a pool, gym, bar, and 2 min walk to the beach. We provide chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
Have in mind:
- Resort Fee: $40 plus tax (per night).
- Registration fee or (Package fee) is: $56.50 (One-time Charge)
- Parking meter around the premise or Valet parking: $42 plus tax (per night)
- Valet Large/oversized vehicles: $84 + tax (Per night)
- Security Deposit from the hotel: $100 (this is automatically returned to the guest after check-out).
- No pets are allowed in the apartment.
THERE ARE NO WASHING MACHINES. Ask for towels at RECEPTION or contact us so we can send an email.
(they give them a group of towels every 5 days, there is no change before that)
TRASH CONTAINERS: On each floor, you have your trash disposal, you have to go with your card and open the door.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
