Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tvs, washer&dryer, linen,  towels, etc.

The House has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. House has a parking space for one car. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. 

Queen bed in the main bedroom + 2 individual beds in the second bedroom + sofa bed in the living room.

All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided you with an extra charge. 
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
Pets are allowed in the unit and have an extra cleaning fee.

It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.

The check-in process is done online and a refundable damage deposit from $300 to $500 will be required. 
You can also choose a non-refundable damage waiver from $50 to $80 USD.
This will be refunded after check-out if no damage claim is made.
