Beautiful house with 4 apartments, fully equipped and with a lovely patio with access to the canal that allows our guest to enjoy their evenings outside and dock their boats.
The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.
Also, mooring the boat at our pier has a cost of $50 per day.
Ideal for a family or couple vacation, enjoying the water view and 5 minutes from the beach, malls, and restaurants. All apartments have two bedrooms, one king bed, one queen bed, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a smart TV.
The house is pet friendly (with an extra cleaning fee), has a paid washer & dryer, free parking on premises, and an autonomous check-in.
