Apt 1 - Modern Apart beside canal, near beach w/parking

Our lovely "Casa Canal". Incredible remodeled chic house over the canal, beautiful view, and an excellent location near the beach.

Located in a quiet, safe, and very well-located neighborhood.

The pier is no longer under construction, therefore the backyard can be used by our guests.

The apartment has all the basics for your stay, with a full kitchen and plenty of storage space.

It's a remodeled house with 4 apartments  (each one with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and 2 bedrooms)
Coming with a car? No problem! Each apartment has 1 parking space assigned.

The patio and washer/dryer are shared with the other apartments.

Things to have in mind:
- Parties are not allowed and we respect the sleeping hours after 10 pm
- A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself.
- No smoking inside
- Early check-in and late check-out have an extra charge and should be scheduled in advance.
